Mold
Mold is caused by moisture and often occurs after water damage due to a flood or leak. In addition to destroying the items it comes into contact with, it can be potentially hazardous to your health. It is important to dry the water damaged areas and items as soon as possible (within 24-28 hours) to prevent mold growth.
